At Crystal Creek Homes we are monitoring the situation and taking guidance from our government and medical officials. We are striving to keep business as usual as much as possible but to also be cognizant of the safety of employees, customers, visitors, vendors, trades and our families.

We have also introduced our showhomes as a “hand-shake free zone” to reduce the spread of germs and viruses. Should you venture into one of our showhomes please consider yourselves properly greeted and respected upon entry.

We encourage the social distancing recommendation and encourage leaving a wider than usual distance between yourselves and our staff. Please know that our showhomes are cleaned by professionals on a regular basis, added to that is an increase on our part to ensure that all “hot spots” in the showhome are frequently wiped clean.

Finally, should you feel unwell or have traveled recently we ask that you kindly visit our showhomes once your isolation period is over.

We are so fortunate to have advanced technology available to us and that we are able to show you our homes “virtually”. We are also able to schedule remote meetings and complete paperwork from the comfort of your home.

Here are additional ways we are making things easier for you during these unprecedented times.

Price Protection

There is a level of uncertainty in the market currently, at Crystal Creek Homes we want you to feel confident moving forward in the purchase of your new home. With our Price Protection, if there are any changes with the pricing of your home between contract and possession, we will cover the difference.

This protection plan will run until May 31st and does not apply to quick possession or feature homes.

Delayed Construction Start

Currently, until the end of May, we are offering to delay the construction of your home by 60 days. Feel confident that we are here to work with you and recognize that you may wish for additional time between finalizing your contract and possession. Your wish has been granted with Crystal Creek Homes.

Leaseback Offers

We currently have 5 homes available on leaseback in Calgary. This is a perfect opportunity to purchase one of our award-nominated showhomes without having to move-in immediately.
