The Discovery

The discovery meeting is all about you, your family and your needs. What works in your current home, what doesn’t? What are your wants, needs, desire and budget? We will offer helpful and thoughtful solutions that help accomplish your goals.

The Purchase

Did you discover Crystal Creek has everything you are looking for in a builder? The next step is to move into a purchase contract. During this process it is our goal to ensure you are informed about all aspect of the purchase process and financing options available. We will take you through step by step ensuring that all details are incorporated into your agreement.

The Experience

Shortly after your purchase agreement you will be provided with a full set of drawings for you home and will embark on the interior selections process. Our award winning interior designers guide you through the process of selecting your interior finishes ensuring they suit your style, budget and lifestyle.

During Construction your trusted area manager will keep you consistently up to date on the progress of your new home and approx. timelines of important dates and meetings. Site Meeting with your CCH representatives will be scheduled with you and the utmost time and attentions will be spent on building your home.

Prior to possession you will have a pre occupancy walk through to ensure no detail is overlooked.

The Exhale

The anticipation is over, It’s your possession day – welcome home……we hope you love it as much as we love building it for you. Once you have taken possession our service coordinator will be your aftercare point of contract during your warranty period.
